Technical brief
We fix equipment type, capacity, voltages, destination country and order volume.
We source Chinese solar panels, hybrid and grid-tied inverters, LiFePO4 batteries and energy storage systems for installers, distributors and developers. We verify the factory rather than a trader, check specs and certificates, inspect and test the batch, and ship batteries as dangerous goods.
Get a sourcing quoteThis service is for buyers who purchase energy equipment in volume: solar installers, distributors and developers equipping projects in Thailand, the UAE, Indonesia and the EU. It is not retail for a single inverter; we work from a container and from $100,000 of annual purchasing.
For each destination we clarify document and labelling requirements up front, so the equipment does not stall at the border.
The energy sector is full of resellers with a catalogue of other people’s models. Before any deposit we check the legal entity and business licence, the production site, assembly lines and test equipment, and the product datasheet for the exact model.
We lock a sample and a golden sample before the run: the series is checked against it, not against a catalogue picture. Supplier verification and factory audit are available as a separate service.
You cannot compare models on a single power figure. For panels we look at module efficiency, the power-degradation warranty, cell type and proof of testing to IEC standards. For inverters: hybrid or grid-tied, input voltage range, battery communication protocols and protections.
For LiFePO4 batteries what matters is the chemistry and cell maker, the stated cycle life at a stated depth of discharge, the BMS and its protections, and the warranty terms. We write all of it into the technical brief and match it to test reports for the exact model.
Lithium batteries and storage units are Class 9 dangerous goods. Transport needs a UN38.3 report, an MSDS, and correct packing and marking; not every carrier or route accepts them.
We build these requirements into procurement from the start rather than after the batch is ready. The rules are covered in our guide to shipping goods with batteries from China; for the broader process see our shipping service.
Our team uses this list at the factory or warehouse before a batch is closed. It covers the typical causes of disputes: model substitution, missing items and document problems.
We fix equipment type, capacity, voltages, destination country and order volume.
We select manufacturers and check the entity, lines and model documents.
We test a sample and lock the reference the series is checked against.
Contract with Incoterms, staged payment, specification and warranty terms.
Batch check to AQL (ISO 2859-1) and a functional test on a sample.
Class 9 paperwork, consolidation, customs clearance and delivery to your site.
One container (~76 m³) of retail stock priced two ways: local wholesalers — versus factory consolidation via Dream View.

A consolidated estimate based on real 2025–2026 projects. Dream View prices are door-to-door: factory + freight + insurance + the flat 10% fee. An exact estimate for your project is calculated free of charge, before any contract.
Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.
Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.
An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.
Piece count and packaging verified at loading, container sealed.
The balance is paid to the factory only after you confirm the report.
An inspection costs a fraction of a percent of the batch. Skipping it costs rework, a delayed opening and a second freight run — at your expense.
Each category is sourced in its home manufacturing cluster in China — where the specialist factories sit — and checked against category-specific standards.

No. This service is for installers, distributors and developers who buy by the batch and by the container. For small shipments we have a separate small-cargo service.
No. We are not a distributor or an official partner of any inverter or battery brand. We find and vet factories, run procurement and batch control, and you buy the equipment from the manufacturer under the contract.
We check the legal entity and business licence, the production site and assembly lines, and the product datasheet and test reports for the exact model. A reseller behind a polished catalogue shows up as a mismatch in address, capacity and documents.
Lithium batteries are Class 9 dangerous goods. You need a UN38.3 test report, an MSDS and correct packing and labelling, and not every carrier or route accepts them. Details are in our article on shipping goods with batteries from China.
An AQL inspection (ISO 2859-1): quantity, labelling, completeness, appearance and packing. For equipment we add a functional test on a sample and match nameplates to the datasheet and certificates.
IEC test reports for panels, and model-specific reports for inverters and batteries. We confirm destination requirements before you pay the factory and tie each document to the real manufacturer and model, not to a similar catalogue item.
