Concept and floor plan
We review sketches, seat count, budget and the venue opening date.
We source commercial restaurant furniture from China made to your concept, floor plan and budget — not picked from a catalogue. Banquettes and soft seating, chairs, tables and bar counters from contract factories in Foshan, with a mock-up before the run, AQL inspection and door-to-door delivery.
Price my restaurant furnitureA good restaurant or café starts with a concept: lighting, materials, seating rhythm, atmosphere. So we do not ask you to pick from a ready set. We translate the designer’s or owner’s sketches into production specifications: dimensions, seat heights, radii, fabrics, colours and finishes.
We match factories to furniture type: soft seating, joinery, metalwork and bar groups are often built by different plants. We combine them in a single order so colour and style match, and you deal with one team.
Banquettes take the heaviest use in any dining room. We specify a rigid frame, 35–45 kg/m³ PU foam, reinforced seams and removable or easy-clean covers where they make sense. Chairs are checked for stability, joints and tolerances — a 2 mm variation in height or geometry matters when you order hundreds.
Tables are matched to use: HPL and compact laminate for heavy duty, veneer and solid wood for intimate rooms, stone or quartz for bar zones. Base and top are chosen with rearrangement and cleaning in mind.
A bar counter is not only furniture, it is a workstation: height, working surfaces, niches for equipment, moisture protection. We agree the drawing with your bar equipment and produce the counter, back bar and stools in a single finish.
If the venue has a terrace, its furniture has separate requirements: sun, rain and salt resistance. Here we coordinate the style of dining room and terrace so they read as one space.
Restaurant furniture lives in a regime residential pieces are not built for. We write contract-grade standards into the specification: metal frames, fabrics from 50,000 Martindale cycles, fire-rated contract materials where the country requires them, and finishes that tolerate daily wet cleaning.
Fire certificate and material requirements depend on the country — Thailand, the UAE, Indonesia, Kazakhstan. Before payment we check which documents will be needed and choose materials so the shipment is not stopped at the border.
Before the run the factory builds a mock-up: a banquette, chair and table in final materials. You check seating, height, colour and stitching and approve the reference. Any deviation in the series is then compared with that sample, not with memory.
After production we inspect to AQL (ISO 2859-1): tolerances, upholstery, seams, hardware, completeness and packing. The photo report arrives before the final payment, and defects are corrected at the factory, not in your dining room.
We review sketches, seat count, budget and the venue opening date.
We turn the concept into dimensions, materials, fabrics and finishes for each item.
We compare contract factories on identical specifications and terms.
You approve a banquette, chair and table before the production run starts.
We inspect the batch to ISO 2859-1 and send a photo report before final payment.
We consolidate, clear customs and deliver to the venue.

Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.
Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.
An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.
Piece count and packaging verified at loading, container sealed.
The balance is paid to the factory only after you confirm the report.
An inspection costs a fraction of a percent of the batch. Skipping it costs rework, a delayed opening and a second freight run — at your expense.
Each category is sourced in its home manufacturing cluster in China — where the specialist factories sit — and checked against category-specific standards.

Frames, fabrics and finishes for heavy use.
Yes, this is our main format. We take the concept, floor plan and references, write a specification for every item — banquettes, chairs, tables, bar counter — and build to your room dimensions and style.
Load. Metal or solid-wood frames, 35–45 kg/m³ PU foam, fabrics rated from 50,000 Martindale cycles, fire-rated contract materials and finishes that survive daily wet cleaning and disinfection.
Always. Before production the factory builds a mock-up: one banquette, chair and table in final materials. You approve dimensions, seating comfort, colour and stitching, and it becomes the reference for the whole batch.
We work with projects from $100,000 a year. Villa furnishing and smaller venues can start from $30,000 — we will define the scope and combine categories into one container.
Sea freight takes 30–45 days after production. Production time depends on complexity and volume; we align the schedule with your opening date and split deliveries into waves if needed.
An AQL inspection (ISO 2859-1) at the factory: tolerances, stitching, upholstery, hardware, completeness and packing. Non-conformities are fixed before loading and you receive a photo report before the final payment.
