The entire BOQ, defined technically
The same product name does not mean the same building material. Porcelain varies by water absorption and calibre, SPC by wear-layer thickness, sanitaryware by cartridges and coating, and windows by profile and wind-load performance.
We divide the BOQ into categories, remove ambiguity and translate requirements into Chinese. Only comparable offers enter the tender, using the same units, waste allowance, packaging and certification requirements.

The sample becomes the batch standard
A render cannot communicate texture, shade or machining quality. Before order, we approve physical samples and technical data sheets. The model, colour, dimensions, tolerances, surface properties and packing become part of the specification.
During inspection, we check labels, shade and calibre, geometry, chips, mechanisms, completeness and quantity. Fragile products are selectively opened and any non-conformity is corrected before the container leaves China.

Delivery follows the construction programme
Not every material should arrive at once. We group concealed and rough-in items, finishes, sanitaryware and lighting, then final elements. This limits site storage and protects expensive surfaces from damage.
Orders from several factories are consolidated with weight and cargo compatibility in mind. Before shipping, we calculate volume, freight, duties, taxes and last mile — the complete cost delivered to the property.

Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.

Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.

An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.

In-production check (DUPRO)
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.

Final inspection (PSI) to ISO 2859
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.

Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.

Can you source from our design BOQ?+
Yes. We review the BOQ and drawings, clarify technical properties, units, waste allowances, shades, layouts and installation requirements, then tender specialist factories.
How do you control tile shade and calibre?+
We lock the model code, production lot, shade and calibre, verify carton markings and open samples. We reserve an allowance because a later production batch may not match exactly.
Which import documents are required?+
They depend on category and destination: conformity certificates, test reports, fire and sanitary documents. Before payment, we check the requirements, HS codes and documents tied to the actual manufacturer.
How are heavy and fragile materials shipped?+
Stone, glass and sanitaryware need plywood crates and correct securing; tile and flooring need weight and container-load control. We inspect packing before loading and insure the shipment.
Can deliveries follow the construction schedule?+
Yes. We phase concealed and rough-in items first, finishes next, then sanitaryware, lighting and final elements. This reduces site storage and damage risk.
