Product and importer
We align the category, importer licence, destination and shipment model.
We ship furniture, finishes, machinery and commercial cargo from China through Jebel Ali and UAE air hubs. Goods, packaging, HS codes and import documents are checked before dispatch, followed by delivery to the warehouse or project.
Get a shipping quoteOcean freight works for FF&E, building materials, machinery and inventory. Air is used for samples, spare parts and urgent openings. For a free-zone or mainland company, the importer and place of final release are defined before booking.
Our estimate covers China pickup, consolidation, inspection, packing, freight, insurance, port charges, clearance support and UAE last mile. This makes the factory purchase comparable with a local quote on a delivered basis.
The importer licence and registration must cover the product category. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport documents are prepared in the agreed format, while the HS code is reviewed before sailing.
Regulated goods may require a local permit, product registration or conformity evidence. We coordinate the check with the broker and importer while the final legal decision remains specific to their licence and product.
Villa, hotel and restaurant FF&E is divided by construction stage and room. Factories work to approved samples; finish, completeness and room labels are checked before dispatch.
Containers leave in waves matched to site readiness. Finished furniture is not stored beside dusty work, and missing parts are found in China instead of on installation day in Dubai.

Ocean and air options are priced to the final destination.
Quality, quantity, labels and export packaging are checked.
The invoice, packing list and origin documents follow the agreed format.
The broker clears the shipment in mainland UAE or the selected free zone.
Cargo reaches the warehouse, villa, hotel or commercial project.
Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.
Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.
An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.
Piece count and packaging verified at loading, container sealed.
The balance is paid to the factory only after you confirm the report.
An inspection costs a fraction of a percent of the batch. Skipping it costs rework, a delayed opening and a second freight run — at your expense.
Each category is sourced in its home manufacturing cluster in China — where the specialist factories sit — and checked against category-specific standards.
