Brief and specification
We define the product, materials, volume, target cost, certifications, market and delivery date.
We do not send a scraped directory. We find real manufacturers, verify the company and production site, compare like-for-like quotations and take the selected supplier through samples, contract and a controlled shipment.
Find a supplierA marketplace profile does not prove that the seller owns a factory. One trader may represent dozens of workshops, while an impressive catalogue can conceal a plant without the equipment or quality system your order needs. We begin with the technical brief and search for capacity that can repeat the approved standard at scale.
The output is a comparable set of quotations and a clear risk map. You see who makes the product, what materials are included, sample and production lead times, which documents the company holds and where the quoted price may change.
A price only means something when the specification is identical. If one factory quotes solid wood, another veneered MDF and a third excludes export packaging, a 20% spread tells you nothing. We translate the brief into Chinese and lock materials, dimensions, tolerances, tests, labelling and packaging.
We then negotiate with several manufacturers and estimate landed cost rather than looking at EXW or FOB alone. This prevents a cheap quote becoming the most expensive option after corrections, defects, port charges and customs.
Before payment, the factory passes a corporate check. For a substantial order, an inspector visits the production site to match the company and address, assess capacity, quality processes, raw-material storage and line loading. Findings are documented with photos and video.
The next gate is a sample or prototype. Once approved, it becomes the production benchmark and its parameters enter a bilingual specification. Payment is staged: the deposit starts production and the balance follows a final inspection rather than a few sales-manager photos.
We define the product, materials, volume, target cost, certifications, market and delivery date.
We search industrial clusters, databases, Chinese platforms and our local supplier network.
We remove traders and high-risk companies using corporate, capacity and document checks.
Factories quote one brief; we negotiate MOQ, timing, packaging, payments and Incoterms.
We validate the product and, where required, the factory itself before a major deposit.
We lock the specification, control production and arrange door-to-door delivery.

Factory-direct supply for businesses and recurring wholesale orders.
A practical checklist for company documents, factories and red flags.
It depends on the product and verification depth. We scope the search before procurement begins; in a turnkey engagement, supplier search, negotiation, samples and production control are included in our flat 10% fee on the order value.
For a standard category, the first qualified shortlist usually takes 5–10 business days. Custom equipment, made-to-drawing products and regulated categories need more time for technical qualification.
Our priority is the actual manufacturer. Alibaba and 1688 are candidate sources only; we then verify the Chinese legal entity, production address, capacity, export history and fit with your specification.
Yes. You can stop at a verified shortlist, factory audit or samples. For large or recurring orders, one accountable team covering the specification, production, inspection and logistics usually reduces risk.
We normalize every quote to one specification and Incoterms basis, then compare MOQ, lead time, materials, packaging, payment terms, certificates, inspection cost and estimated landed cost.
We inspect the business licence, registered activities, production address, equipment and staff. For a material order, we visit the site and tie later payment stages to an approved sample and inspection result.
