BOQ and site
We review categories, factories, volume, project dates and unloading access.
We move furniture, building materials, machinery and commercial orders from Chinese factories to Thailand. Goods are inspected and consolidated in China, while import documentation is checked before the container reaches Laem Chabang.
Get a shipping quoteSea containers are the default for furniture, finishes and large lots. Road freight from southern China can shorten some medium-size routes. Air is reserved for samples, spare parts and cargo whose downtime costs more than the freight.
The estimate includes factory pickup, warehouse handling, inspection, packing, freight, port charges, customs support and Thai last mile. Phuket, Samui and island projects receive a separate domestic leg instead of a misleading port-only quote.
The Thai importer must have the appropriate registration, and the invoice, packing list and product description must match the physical shipment. The HS code determines duties, controls and document requirements.
Some electrical products, machinery, steel, toys and other regulated categories may require a TISI standard or another permit. The exact requirement is confirmed with the Thai broker before loading, not after arrival.
A villa or hotel package rarely belongs on site all at once. Concealed materials and sanitaryware come first, followed by finishes, furniture, lighting and décor. Phasing reduces storage and damage.
In China we inspect each factory and reconcile packing lists into one system. The project receives labelled packages, shipment waves and loading photos before the container is sealed.

HS codes, importer status, TISI and permits are checked before freight booking.
Goods, labels and export packaging are inspected before dispatch.
Suppliers are combined into containers or consolidated lots.
The broker clears the cargo using the approved document pack.
The shipment is delivered to Bangkok, Phuket or another Thai region.
Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.
Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.
An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.
Piece count and packaging verified at loading, container sealed.
The balance is paid to the factory only after you confirm the report.
An inspection costs a fraction of a percent of the batch. Skipping it costs rework, a delayed opening and a second freight run — at your expense.
Each category is sourced in its home manufacturing cluster in China — where the specialist factories sit — and checked against category-specific standards.

Sea or road shipments are commonly planned within roughly 12–30 days after cargo readiness. The Chinese origin, port, route and customs process determine the final schedule.
Yes. Containers normally enter through Laem Chabang and continue by truck to Phuket. Site access, unloading and phased delivery are planned in advance.
TISI applies to specific regulated products. The exact requirement depends on the product and HS code and is confirmed with the importer and customs broker before shipment.
Yes. Furniture, tile, sanitaryware, lighting and equipment can be received, inspected, room-labelled and consolidated at the China warehouse.
Yes. Shipment waves are aligned with room readiness and factory production so finished goods do not sit unprotected on site.
