Schedule and drawings
We review the lighting design, chandelier drawings, zones, IP, colour temperature and deadlines.
We source lighting from China for villas, hotels, restaurants and developments: custom chandeliers to your drawings and decorative and technical fixtures from the Zhongshan cluster. We approve samples, check light quality and drivers, run a burn-in test and deliver to your site.
Price my lightingMost of China’s decorative lighting is made in Zhongshan, and chandeliers and large fixtures cluster in Guzhen. Metalwork, glass, textile, LED boards and driver makers sit next to each other, so a fixture to your drawing can be built quickly without long subcontracting chains.
We pick lighting manufacturers for your project, not from a platform listing: we compare capacity, real project portfolios, in-house metal and glass workshops and willingness to work from a technical brief. For you that means a chandelier from the factory, without showroom or trader margins.
For lobbies, restaurants and villas with high ceilings, a chandelier is a project of its own. We turn the drawing or render into a technical brief: dimensions, weight, frame material, glass type, number and type of light sources, suspension and on-site assembly.
Before the run the factory builds a sample or a key detail and we compare it with the visualisation. The approved sample becomes the batch standard against which finish, metal tone, geometry and completeness are checked at inspection.
Decorative lighting creates the look of the interior; technical lighting delivers illuminance, comfort and safety. They need to be bought on different criteria: material and finish for the first, optics, beam angles, power, driver and lifetime for the second.
We build the schedule by zone and separate the items so each goes through its own control. One order can then combine statement chandeliers and functional linear lighting without compromising light quality.
The spec locks CE and RoHS compliance, a colour rendering index of CRI 90 or higher, colour temperature to suit the room concept, driver type and brand, and dimming. For terraces, bathrooms and façades we add the IP rating and a corrosion-resistant body.
We check destination-country requirements before payment: documents must relate to the specific model and manufacturer. This prevents fixtures arriving on site and failing acceptance.
Before the production run we approve a sample: we see the light in person and check heat, driver, fixings and finish quality. Deviations from the brief are fixed at sample stage, not after the container arrives.
Before dispatch we run an AQL inspection (ISO 2859-1) and a burn-in test, with fixtures running under load so driver and board failures appear at the factory. We also check the packing of fragile parts and the completeness of mounting hardware.

We compare Zhongshan manufacturers by portfolio, workshops and readiness to work from a brief.
We approve the sample, light, driver and finish, and lock the batch standard.
Contract with Incoterms, staged payment, production checkpoints.
We inspect the batch to AQL, run burn-in, and check packing and completeness.
Consolidation, customs and door-to-door delivery together with furniture and materials.
The same design project priced two ways: local showrooms — versus buying factory-direct in Foshan with door-to-door delivery.

Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.
Business license, export history, a real manufacturer (not a trader), photo report from the site.
An approved reference for materials, color and hardware — the basis for any later claim.
Inspection of raw materials and semi-finished goods on the line: materials, geometry, spec compliance.
Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
Every item is documented before packing; you sign off on the report.
Piece count and packaging verified at loading, container sealed.
The balance is paid to the factory only after you confirm the report.
An inspection costs a fraction of a percent of the batch. Skipping it costs rework, a delayed opening and a second freight run — at your expense.
Each category is sourced in its home manufacturing cluster in China — where the specialist factories sit — and checked against category-specific standards.

Lighting, furniture, sanitaryware and décor in one shipment.
Yes. Guzhen factories build chandeliers to a designer’s drawings and visualisations. Dimensions, metal, glass, number of light sources and mounting are fixed in a technical brief, and we approve a sample against the render before the run.
As a baseline, CE and RoHS. We check the requirements for your country and category before payment, and tie reports and markings to the actual manufacturer and model, not to a similar catalogue item.
For interiors we specify CRI of 90 or higher, colour temperature to spec and an allowed variation between batches. On the sample we check the driver, flicker, heat and shade consistency across units.
Fixtures run under load before shipment so driver, board and contact failures show up at the factory. For project batches, burn-in and a full switch-on check are part of the inspection plan.
For bathrooms, terraces and façades we choose fixtures with the right IP rating, sealing and a corrosion-resistant body. The rating is written into the spec and verified from the documents and on the sample.
Chandeliers are packed knocked-down: glass and crystal in individual inserts inside a rigid carton, on pallets. We inspect packing before loading, insure the cargo and plan spare parts into the order.
