The right factory for each category
Foshan is a network of specialist manufacturers, not a single market. One factory excels at upholstery, another at veneer and cabinetry, and another at stone or metalwork. We split the bill of quantities into categories and tender it to suitable manufacturers.
You can select catalogue pieces or manufacture from drawings. For custom work, the factory builds a prototype, confirms material and finish, and the signed sample becomes the benchmark for the full run.

A specification protects quality
Terms such as “premium sofa” cannot be inspected. We lock timber species and moisture, board grade, foam density, Martindale rating, hardware brand, colour, dimensions and tolerances in the order documents.
Before shipment, an inspector checks the batch against the approved standard: geometry, seams, shade, mechanisms, surfaces, labels and export packaging. Problems are corrected in China while the factory still has the goods and before the final payment.

One consolidated delivery
Orders from several factories arrive at our consolidation warehouse. We count packages, reconcile packing lists, reinforce fragile pieces and plan container loading to avoid wasted volume and damage to stone or glass.
Before dispatch, we estimate freight, duties, taxes and last-mile handling. You compare a real door-to-door number, not an attractive EXW quote. Large projects can ship in waves aligned with fit-out and installation.

Every batch goes through the same protocol — from the factory audit to the container seal. Defects are caught in China, not at your warehouse.

Sampling at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical before the balance is paid. The batch is accepted or reworked at the factory's cost.
