Three barriers between you and a Chinese seller
Finding goods in China is easy — 1688 translates in one click. The trouble starts after: the seller only takes RMB into a Chinese account, a bank transfer from your country crawls for weeks or bounces entirely, and paying an unknown company a blind deposit is a lottery where the loser is known in advance.
A buying agent removes all three barriers at once: we purchase in our own name as a domestic buyer, receive the goods at our warehouse, inspect them — and only then ship to you. You deal with one legal entity under one contract.

You found the goods yourself
The supplier is picked on 1688, Taobao or at a fair, the price works — but the seller does not take payments from your country, will not issue a company invoice, or only works with Chinese bank accounts. We buy in our own name and solve it in one step.
Your payment will not go through
Transfers to China crawl for weeks, banks bounce the payments, and the factory will not wait. We pay the seller in RMB from our Chinese accounts on the day of the deal — you settle with us conveniently under a contract with a Thai legal entity.
You refuse to pay blind
A direct transfer to an unknown seller is a point of no return: the money is gone and so is the leverage. Buying through us, the goods first arrive at our warehouse and get checked — and only then travel to you. While the batch is in China, returns and disputes still work.

How money gets lost paying China directly
Paying a "manager's" personal card
The seller asks for payment to an individual's card or "another firm"? That is either tax evasion or fraud. Either way, when trouble comes you will prove nothing — the payer and the recipient are not connected by any contract.
Paying before availability is confirmed
On 1688 the listed price is not an offer: stock, minimum order and the real price are only confirmed by messaging the seller in Chinese. Paying before confirmation earns you a "sorry, out of stock" refund a week later.
A WeChat "agent" with no legal entity
Private buyers from chat groups work without contracts and vanish with deposits. There is nothing to verify — no entity, no liability. A buying agent must be a company with a contract.
Skipping the warehouse check
"Ship it straight away, don't waste time at the warehouse" is false economy: defects and mixed goods surface at your door, where returning anything to a Chinese seller is physically impossible. The warehouse check is the most valuable part of the service.

Which platforms do you buy from?
1688, Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD — plus directly from factories and trade-fair sellers who do not work with foreign buyers. Essentially, we buy anything legally sold in China: from a box of samples to a wholesale batch.
How much does the buying service cost?
The service fee is from 5% of the purchase amount (minimum $50), and the percentage drops as volume grows. The fee covers: confirming availability and price, paying the seller in RMB, intake and inspection at the warehouse, a photo report, and handling returns. Freight is quoted separately at our standard rates.
How do I pay you?
Under a contract with The Dream View Co., Ltd. (Thailand) — one invoice covering the goods and the service, paid whichever way suits you. You receive closing documents your accounting can book. No transfers "to a private person's card".
How fast is the buyout?
We pay the seller on the day your payment arrives. Domestic delivery to our warehouse usually takes 2–7 days depending on the seller's region. Inspection and the photo report happen on the day of intake. Then — dispatch by your chosen mode.
What if the seller ships the wrong thing or defects?
This is the main reason to buy through a warehouse: mismatches surface at intake, and we open a dispute or return under China's domestic rules — which work fast and in the buyer's favour while the goods are in the country. You get a replacement or your money back — before anything has travelled to you.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
No formal threshold — the $50 minimum fee makes the service sensible from roughly $300–500. There is no upper limit either: large invoice-based factory buyouts are routine, and at bigger volumes the turnkey sourcing format becomes the better deal.
Is this compliant given payment restrictions?
Yes. We are a Thai company paying Chinese sellers from our own RMB accounts in the course of ordinary trade. You settle with us under a contract for goods and services. No grey crypto schemes or "swaps through friends" — everything is documented.
Can I combine buying with quality checks and delivery?
That is the standard scenario: buyout → warehouse check → consolidation → delivery by air, road or sea to your door. For complex batches we add a full AQL inspection. For regular volumes, the turnkey sourcing format is better value — buying, checks and logistics are already inside the 10% fee.
Do you bargain with the seller?
Yes — the correspondence runs in Chinese, and for orders from a few hundred dollars there is almost always something to discuss: a volume discount, free domestic shipping, better packaging. Quite often the negotiated discount covers our service fee entirely.
Can you clarify product details with the seller before buying?
Yes, that is part of the service: we confirm dimensions, materials, what is included, customisation and logo options, and request extra photos and videos. The conversation runs in Chinese — sellers reply faster and more precisely than to English messages through a translator.
Do you buy during sales events like 11.11?
Yes — and it is one of the best-value buying scenarios: during the big sales, 1688 and Taobao prices drop 20–40%, but the window is short and stock sells out in hours. Send your links in advance — on the day we buy at the promo price without you lifting a finger.
What if the goods cannot be shipped abroad?
We check the category before buying: batteries, liquids, branded goods and other "difficult" items need special shipping lines, and some cannot travel at all. If your product is problematic, we say so before you pay and suggest alternatives — not after the batch is stuck at the warehouse.
